The school is operating under normal school hours today!

St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic School follows the decisions of FAIRFAX COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOLS for school closings, delayed openings and early dismissals. If Fairfax County Public Schools are not open on a specific day then we follow the closing guidelines for the Prince William County Schools.

Kindergarten through Grade 8:
- If there is a 1-hour delayed opening, school will begin at 9:10 AM
- If there is a 2-hour delayed opening, school will begin at 10:10 AM

When a delayed opening occurs on a Noon dismissal day, the following procedure will be in place:
- If school is delayed one hour, school will begin at 9:10 AM and we will release at Noon.
- If school is delayed two hours, school will begin at 10:10 AM and release at 3:10 PM.

When a 1 or 2 hour delayed opening occurs on a 1:45 PM dismissal day, school will dismiss at 3:10 PM.

Preschool Program:
When a delayed opening occurs, the following procedure will be in place:
- If school is delayed one hour, preschool will begin at 9:10 AM and will release at 11:15 AM.
- If school is delayed two hours, preschool will NOT be in session.

Currently, school personnel are unable to change the voice recording on the school¡¦s answering machine. Please listen to WTOP 103.5 FM or WMAL 630 AM Radio or watch TV Channel 21 for FCPS closings, delayed openings, or early dismissals, or check our school website, www.standrew-clifton.org.

Please note: If Fairfax County Public Schools students have a scheduled day off and St. Andrew School is in session, our school will follow the decisions of Prince William County Schools as to their inclement weather determination.

Summer Office hours: Monday - Friday ► 8:00 am - 12:00 pm & 1:00pm - 3:30 pm.
