Guardian Angel Golf Tournament
We raised $84,000 this year!
Thank you to all the wonderful sponsors, auction donors and people who attended the event! We are truly grateful for all the hard work done by Tom McGovern, Golf Chairman, and all the individuals on the golf committee.
The Tenth Annual St. Andrew The Apostle School PTO Golf Tournament and Auction will be held Thursday, May 22, 2008. Everyone is welcome to join in this event to support the PTO (Parent-Teacher Organization), and thereby continue to support our school and students. We look forward to this event each year and the ideal equation of funding — for school projects — + fun — for those of you participating in either the golf tournament itself and/or the dinner/auction afterward.
All proceeds from this event are intended to support the school infrastructure, computer and technology investments, and many other needs as determined by the PTO which benefit our students and faculty members. Your generosity through this event has been the means through which our school has been able to invest in many programs — particularly in technology enhancement — which makes our school stand out from the rest and makes our primary commitment of providing excellent educational experiences for our children a reality.
Last year was a huge success because of the continued support of our event volunteers, and the generosity of all those who attended the golf tournament and/or its events. Our ability to stand out from the crowd is due to a supportive community which helps us to do so . . . we look forward to seeing you all on May 22nd this year for another great event. If you are unable to join us for golf that day, please consider joining us afterwards for a catered dinner and the live and silent auction which begin immediately after the golf tournament ends . . . remember, it all adds up to fun!

- MRS. P's PLANET DANZ CAMP for 1 Girl (Age 5 to 17) —Drill Team Danz Camp held at PVI Catholic High School on June 24th through June 26th from 2 to 6pm. This year's theme is Hannah Montana!
- THE PARTY AT MOE'S — Free fajita party for 10 and free Kid's meal for 3 months
- SCORE! — One month of free tutoring at SCORE! Educational Center for one child (age 4 to 16)
- WHAT A BEAUTIFUL WORLD — One hour long color / decorating consultation in your home with Katie McGovern. Katie is a professional decorator and designer with "Decor and You".
- DINNER FOR 2 STUDENTS WITH MRS. DONAHUE & MRS. KOZIOL — Two students will join Mrs. Donahue and Mrs. Koziol for a special dinner at Red Robin Restuarant in Fair Lakes. Date will be mutually agreed upon.
- PICNIC LUNCH WITH MS. MCCARTHY — Two lucky students will join Ms. McCarthy for a good old fashioned picnic lunch on the school grounds. "Sunny Day" date to be decided.

- IT'S YOUR BIRTHDAY! — Birthday party for up to 10 kids at Noodles & Noggins in the heart of Clifton.

- A DAY OF GARDENING WITH MRS. ZOOK — Two students will have the chance to plant flower bulbs in the new brick planters in front of the school with our very special third grade teacher, Mrs. Zook!
- BRUNCH FOR TWO AT HOTEL TABARD INN in DC — The Hotel Tabard Inn was named one of the 100 Best Restaurants for 2008 in the Washingtonian Magazine. They are famous for their weekend brunches.
